Perinatal Loss and Grief

Pregnancy should be a beautiful and exciting experience full of preparations, expectations and happiness. However, when you have difficulties conceiving or lose your baby, the opposite is true. It is a devastating time filled with pain, trauma, loneliness and isolation. Not being successful in an “absolutely natural process” and having to watch as others build their families can be heartbreaking, confusing and painful.

If you feel lost, lonely and are looking for help through your journey of infertility and loss, I’m here to be with you and provide you the support you need to work through your fears, worries, and disappointments. I will assist you to cope with your grief and help you find a way to move forward.

Perinatal Grief Counselling, 60 minutes :

  • $180 Walk and Talk or Home-Based Therapy

Online Therapy: Video or audio sessions are available for your convenience. Online counselling provides full support and confidentiality with the flexibility of your preferred time and location.

Home-Based Therapy: These sessions take place in your home, where you feel most comfortable, safe and relaxed. This can also be helpful when there are difficulties getting to a private practice due to medical issues, personal crises or responsibilities at work and home.

Walk and Talk Therapy: In outdoor therapy, walking next to each other can be more comfortable and less formal. Outdoor therapy can also be as simple as sitting down somewhere in nature and talking through things.

In-Office Session: Traditional in-office therapy provides you with a safe space and secure environment where you can rest your thoughts and unload feelings. The office is under renovation and the schedule will be announced shortly.
