Who am I?

My interest in people’s minds goes all the way back to my childhood. Even as a child, I had an innate sense for people’s needs and a desire to help them be met. I often found myself explaining my friends’ feelings and behaviours to their parents, which had a clear impact on their relationship . This continued into my teenage years, and my ability only improved with time.

It's no surprise that I grew to be super passionate about supporting people through challenging life experiences. Since then, I’ve lived in a number of countries and worked to help people of diverse cultures, religions, ages and perspectives.

Our work together will deepen your self-awareness and equip you with the strategies and techniques necessary to reclaim your voice, your confidence, and your life.

I look forward to working with you.

Whatever your concerns, I’m here to listen to you, understand your perspective and help you to overcome.

I’m here to be by your side in the darkest of times and provide you with a safe space full of respect and understanding.

My Approach

An integrative approach recognises that no one therapy is suitable for every person. Depending on the life event and individual aspects of a person, an integration of different therapies and approaches may be necessary to cater to the complexity of the human experience.

I have a person-centred and strength-based approach that draws from psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I recognise that every session is as unique as you are, and must be customised to your specific needs and goals. In doing so, I will ensure that your lived experiences are heard, valued, respected and understood at all times throughout the process of your healing.
