Payment for each session will be taken at the beginning of each session (or series of sessions) and maybe made by cash, bank transfer or, PayPpal.

When booking an appointment 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or rescheduling of a session is required from the client. Late cancellation fees are payable as follows (except in circumstances of illness, accident or emergency):

• 0-24 hours’ notice – full session payable.

• 24-48 hours’ notice – 50% of the session fee is payable.

Voytas Counselling reserves the right to reschedule appointments at any time if it is deemed necessary due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

You acknowledge that Voytas Counselling does not offer refunds, all service sales are final, and no refunds will be given for any reason.
